Delivery and Payment

The online store ZIP.ua is the official online store of the Industrial Enterprise “ZIP”, which sells paint, adhesive, and automotive products with delivery throughout Ukraine. We provide convenient conditions for receiving goods and several payment options for individuals and legal entities.

Delivery

ZIP.ua cooperates with the national logistics company Nova Poshta.

Delivery is available to the branch or by courier to the address.

Delivery time: 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery cost: according to the current carrier tariffs.

Important: tinted materials are sent only after 100% prepayment.

Payment:

We offer the following payment options:

• Payment by bank card online — through the payment system integrated on the website.
• Cashless payment — for organizations, private entrepreneurs, and individuals. After placing an order, an invoice is provided for payment.
• Cash on delivery — payment upon receipt of goods at the postal operator’s branch.

Return of goods

Returns are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” are met:
• The product was not used.
• Packaging, labeling, and seals are preserved.
• A document confirming the purchase is provided.

Tinted products are not subject to return or exchange as they are made individually to order.
