City Day in Dnipropetrovsk

On September 13, the City Day was traditionally celebrated in Dnipropetrovsk. “Dnipropetrovsk is the best city on the Dnipro!” – this was the motto of the city’s 239th birthday.

During the celebration, the following events were held:
– an exhibition-fair of folk art with a presentation by local winemakers and tasting;
– numerous concerts by local creative collectives;
– a parade of orchestras, featuring wind, string, and folk orchestras;
– an international sand animation festival;
– a water show in the waters of the Dnipro River and much more.

A total of about 400 thousand UAH was allocated from the city budget for the celebration – with this money, about 50 different events were held in the city.

The ZIP company did not stand aside and, together with the youth public organization “Art-MIST,” within the framework of the “Palms for Peace” project and together with young citizens, painted a picture 1 meter wide and 8 meters long with TRIORA paints. The masterpiece will be placed by state authorities in one of the municipal buildings. We will share photos of where the art object is located after placement. We are confident that such projects make life brighter and more interesting.
