Industrial enterprise “ZIP” has officially joined the educational process in Ukraine

The company PP “ZIP” and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The interaction document was signed by Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Pavlo Khobzei and Sales Director of the main enterprise LLC PP “ZIP” Yevhen Burkhan. Pavlo Khobzei noted: “Ukrainian vocational education currently faces a number of problems. First of all, it is the low popularity of working professions, which leads to a small number of people wishing to study at vocational institutions. However, despite this, employers are increasingly joining in the creation of training and practical centers. After all, this is an investment in a specialist who will come to work for them in the future.” In the course of the work, “ZIP” is to provide training centers with both printed materials containing theoretical knowledge and to conduct practical lessons. In this way, our specialists will share with students both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in using modern construction materials, performing quality repair work, and implementing interesting design solutions. We will focus our efforts on ensuring that at the training and practice centers, young people master the latest European-level technologies, acquire skills that are in demand on the modern market, as well as realize their creative ideas and develop a creative approach to work. Today, LLC PP “ZIP” has already opened 5 training and practice centers based at vocational schools in Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Lviv, Cherkasy and Kharkiv regions. There are plans to expand the network of training and practice centers and establish cooperation with other vocational education institutions in Ukraine. In addition, there are plans for a joint internet project with other interested parties, where participants will be able to exchange experience, share presentations or educational films. We are confident that the opening of training and professional centers will make working professions more interesting and promising, contributing to the successful development of vocational education in Ukraine. And our company will soon be joined by young, active and competent professionals.
